Returns and refunds

Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. 

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Our return policy does not apply to discounted or sale items these items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Please include the following information:

• Invoice number
• Product description, item # and quantity
• Dates of purchase (all returns must be within 60 days of purchase) Reason for return (damage,
incorrect, customer error end user,etc.)

Upon submission of Return, Fettly will provide an RA # within 36 hours. It is required that you mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA #; Packages without RA #’s clearly marked on
packages will be refused.

All returns must be mailed within 45 days from when you receive RA #.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or end-user dissatisfaction.

In the event of missing products, Fettly must be contacted within 24 hours.


To initiate a return, please email us at sales@fettly.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 5852 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28212.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.


Out-Of-Stock Policy

Inventory availability is not guaranteed. All orders will ship, complete, from the next closest warehouse. We will always try to ship your order in as few shipments as necessary, however, there will be times when orders will need to be split from two or more locations to complete the transaction.


You will not be notified in these cases of split shipments, however, you can request that we either DO or DO NOT automatically send split shipments. In the case of an out of stock situation, you will be notified if the product is not able to be fulfilled. This notification will be made via email or on the Platform used to purchase the product.


The product will be removed from your cart and full payment refunded. In certain cases where an order contains various items with varying availability, Fettly will contact the customer to determine how to proceed.
