A good-for-you alternative to dairy milk and other plant-based milk products, Thai Coconut Milk contains only three pure ingredients: coconut milk, guar gum and water and is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. Our coconut milk is traditionally made by soaking the white insides of fresh Thai coconuts in hot water. The solid coconut is then strained out to leave behind smooth, nutrient-rich milk, with a texture and density similar to whole milk.
